| The River Rat Rhythm Project
steel drum band brings the distinctive sound of the Caribbean to Northern
New York. It is directed by Dan Hammond, who works harder than anyone
to bring a little sunshine to our often frozen corner of the world.
Currently involving 15 students, from 5 area school districts, the band is
always seeking new members and is open to anyone regardless of age.
The River Rat Rhythm Project would like to thank Mr. Dick Alexander, owner
of the Best Western of Watertown (where they can be found practicing most
